Governing Board of Mahashakti Foundation consists a group of professionals where there is representation of all sector. Mr. Sanjeeb Kumar Nayak former employee of State Bank of India and Mr Karna Bag former Manager of Cooperative Bank involved in the governing board. The Governing board is headed by Smt Aradhana Nanda. The Overall operation is managed by the CEO Mr Jugal Kishore Pattnayak – Managing Director.
